The mobile home is located in the secure 4* holiday village "Les sables du midi"; 10min walk from the beach, shops, and pedestrian streets.

In the campsite, everything you need:
Restaurant, bar, laundromats, grocery store, 2 heated and supervised swimming pools and paddling pools, slides, fitness room, jacuzzi, children's/teenagers' club (4 to 17 years old), multi-sports playground (football, basketball, padel [tennis/squash], table tennis, petanque, mini-golf), children's games and many activities and shows.
Access to swimming pools, restaurants, multi-sports grounds... is done with a fun-pass;
1km from the campsite are supermarkets, shops (crossroads, Gifi, McDonald's, etc.), banks, but also go-karting, tree climbing, etc. For walks, the Canal du Midi (3km), the African reserve of Sigean (44km), Spain at 1h15, other activities in the information section.

TERMS****
We declare your stay at the campsite allowing you to access the online shop and order your FUN PASS in advance and thus benefit from a 20% discount compared to the price on site.
Fun pass price available in the Information section - les sables du midi. (Free for children under 4 years old)

Weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday in the summer. (high season - July/August)
Reservations are available from Monday to Friday. (mid-week)
Check-in from 16:00 - check-out before 11:00.
30% deposit on booking, the balance 30 days before the date of arrival; For overnight stays or weekends, the full amount will be paid at the time of booking.
Two deposits will be requested at the entrance - degradation: 800 € and 70 € for cleaning not done. These 2 deposits will be taken by bank pre-authorization (credit card not debited, as for a car rental for example) are not cashed and will be returned to you on the day of the outgoing inventory of fixtures.
